  1. lol its funny i totally disagree. When you look at “great chefs” marco nd gordon nd jean georges they rn’t really likeable guys. They r abnormal or normal guys. But this guy seems like wayy too nice nd likable to be a chef. He reminds me of a business savy dude which is y he uses tricks like garlic outside or he is super popular w celebs. Just my opinion

  3. After seeing this video, it inspired me to go out and purchase a cast iron pizza pan, because I’m not really into cooking with black steel. I’m a chef myself and I creae recipes for kids with autism and a chef that I work for taught me a technique where you don’t need an expensive pizza oven. Chef J is right about that. Great chef and great approach to cooking.
